CEWELD® ER 80S-B3L Tig is a low alloy copper-coated TIG rod with 2.25% Cr and 1% Mo content, with low carbon content (less than 0.05%), to be used for welding creep resistant steels.

This low carbon version of the B2 type is preferred where as welded repairs are done or where PWHT is not viable

Filler metal specifically intended for high integrity structural service at elevated temperature so the minor alloy additions responsible for its creep strenghth are kept above the minimum considered necessary to ensure satifactory performance.

T92/P92 steel is commonly used at service temperatures up to 620°C. V, Nb and N additions provide this ‘creep strength enhanced ferritic’ (CSEF) alloy with improved high temperature creep resistance compared to standard CrMo creep resistant alloys.

Extrêmement facile à souder avec d'excellentes propriétés de soudage. Soudable au gaz CO2 et Mix. Grâce à l'ajout de 0,5% de cuivre, cet alliage offre d'excellentes propriétés de résistance aux corrosions atmosphérique.

Solid filler metal with excellent flowing properties under pure Argon suitable for high strength fine grain steels in combination with excellent impact toughness at sub zero temperatures.

Résistance à la corrosion équivalente à celle du type 304, propriétés mécaniques élevées et bonne soudabilité, durcissement par écrouissage et résistance au froid jusqu'à -110°C.

CEWELD® 308L a une bonne résistance générale à la corrosion. L'alliage a une faible teneur en carbone, ce qui le rend particulièrement recommandé en cas de risque de corrosion intergranulaire.

Métal d'apport austénitique pour les aciers CrNi stabilisés et non stabilisés. Résistant à la chaleur jusqu'à 350°C. Excellentes propriétés de ténacité jusqu'à -196°C.

Résistance à la température plus élevée que les types standard (L).
