ER 80S-B3L Tig

ER 80S-B3L Tig

CEWELD® ER 80S-B3L Tig is a low alloy copper-coated TIG rod with 2.25% Cr and 1% Mo content, with low carbon content (less than 0.05%), to be used for welding creep resistant steels.

ER 70S-B2L Tig

ER 70S-B2L Tig

This Type is identical to ER80S-B2, with the exception of the reduced carbon content.
This results in lower hardness and strength values, which reduces the tendency to crack, especially if the weld seams are not heat-treated.These steels are usually used for operating temperatures of up to
550°C. Typical applications are in power plant construction, pressure pipe, turbine and boiler construction. The alloy is also used alloy is also used in the chemical and petrochemical industry.

ER 90S-B9 (P91) Tig

ER 90S-B9 (P91) Tig

Filler metal specifically intended for high integrity structural service at elevated temperature so the minor alloy additions responsible for its creep strenghth are kept above the minimum considered necessary to ensure satifactory performance.

ER 90 S-G (P92) Tig

ER 90 S-G (P92) Tig

T92/P92 steel is commonly used at service temperatures up to 620°C. V, Nb and N additions provide this ‘creep strength enhanced ferritic’ (CSEF) alloy with improved high temperature creep resistance compared to standard CrMo creep resistant alloys.

SG Corten Tig

SG Corten Tig

Due to the addition of 0,5% copper and 0,8% Ni this alloy offers excellent weather resistant properties

ER 110 S-1 Tig

ER 110 S-1 Tig

Solid filler metal with excellent flowing properties under pure Argon suitable for high strength fine grain steels in combination with excellent impact toughness at sub zero temperatures.

307Si Tig

307Si Tig

Corrosion resistance is equivalent to type 304, high mechanical properties and good weldability, work hardening and cold-tough to -110°C.

308L Tig

308L Tig

CEWELD® 308L Tig has good general corrosion resistance. The alloy has a low carbon content, making it particularly recommended where there is a risk of intergranular corrosion.

308LSi Tig

308LSi Tig

Austenitic filler metal for stabilized and non-stabilized CrNi steels. Heat resistant up to 350°C. Excelent toughness properties down to -196°C. Good resistance to nitric acid.

308H Tig

308H Tig

CEWELD 308H Tig has been developed for typical operating temperatures up to 400ºC, and up to 600ºC in the short-term range. It also shows good resistance to general corrosion.
CEWELD 308H Tig shows higher temperature and scale resistance than the standard L-type. The microstructure is austenite with approx. 5-10% ferrite.
