CroNiMo Ti

CroNiMo Ti

Good corrosion resistance against seawater and general corrosion with excellent welding properties with self detaching slag.

E NiTi3

E NiTi3

The reaction of titanium with carbon maintains a low level of free carbon and enables the filler metal to be used with Nickel 201. The weld metal has good corrosion resistance, particularly in alkali’s.

E NiCro HLS

E NiCro HLS

Extreme crack resistant weld deposit due to the special basic coating and his alloy nature. Suitable for working temperatures between -196 °C and +650 °C. Recovery 150% with excellent arc stability and easy slag removal.

E NiCro A

E NiCro A

The weld metal has excellent strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures and retains impact resistance at cryogenic temperatures. The electrode is an exceptionally versatile product for dissimilar welding. It can be used on a variety of austenitic and ferritic steels and nickel alloys.

E NiCro 825

E NiCro 825

Excellent weldability with fully austenitic weld metal with high resistance against stress corrosion cracking and pitting in media containing chloride ions. Good corrosion resistance against reducing acids due to the combination of Ni, Mo and Cu. Sufficient resistance against oxidizing acids. The weld metal is corrosion resistant in sea water.

E Alloy C-276

E Alloy C-276

Due to high molybdenum content this alloy offers excellent resistance too stress & corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion. High mechanical properties with excellent weldability on DC+.

E NiCro 625 HLS

E NiCro 625 HLS

Latest generation high recovery type (170%) guarantees optimum deposit rate and metallurgical quality and attractive welder appeal in the PA-PB position. Very good resistance against pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion. Very good against acid, neutral or alkaline media, with or without chlorides. Very good resistance at high temperatures, especially against oxidation.

E DUR 600 Kb

E DUR 600 Kb

CEWELD® E DUR 600 KB is a basic coated electrode with approx. 130% efficiency. The electrode is characterized by its tough hard and at the same time wear resistant deposition which offers high resistance to fatigue due to pressure and impact action in combination with abrasion. The martensitic structure gives this alloy good hot strength and oxidation resistance up to about 800 °C. Excellent rolling and sliding properties in metal-to-metal wear applications, among others.

E DUR 55

E DUR 55

CEWELD E DUR 55 is a heavy coated high efficiency Hardfacing electrode with 160 % recovery. Suitable for applications subject to strong abrasive wear by minerals

E DUR 60 Kb

E DUR 60 Kb

Outstanding alloy against high impact combined with abrasion including metal into metal friction. The weld deposit of CEWELD E Dur 60 Kb is one of the most universal alloys in Hardfacing applications and can also be applied austenitic manganese steels. Very good weld deposit appearance and outstanding welding properties on both AC and DC+. Preheating is not required.
